Welcome to Sew Bananas!
Once your design is finalized and your apparel has been ordered, Sew Bananas is able to complete most embroidery work within two weeks.
Sew Bananas uses the USPS to ship items. Express and Priority mail are both options for shipping. Are you local to Euclid, Ohio? If you would like local pick up instead of USPS shipping, choose store pick-up as your shipping option and communicate with us to arrange pick-up of your items.
Our goal is to meet our customers' needs so we do our best to clearly communicate your custom embroidery design and placement on apparel. Returns are done only if there has been clear miscommunication and the return process begins within 14 days of the receipt of your product.
